About the hotel

The City Avenue Hotel is in a prime location in the city center, but still in a quiet area. It is elegantly furnished, with details and care for guests' comfort beyond the usual 3-star hotel criteria. It has 35 rooms and 3 suites, its team maintains a restaurant - the breakfast is fantastic! - richly decorated piano bar, lobby bar, also suitable for business meetings and conversations, and magnificent garden.

The hotel is preferred both by people who are in Sofia for work, as well as by tourists and guests who want to get to know the Bulgarian capital and immerse themselves in its rich cultural and nightlife.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole hotel. Our conference room is one of the few in Sofia with natural light and direct access to the garden. A free, unguarded parking is on your disposal as well.

You can reach most of the biggest shopping centers and administrative buildings, educational institutions, theatres, galleries and landmarks easily on foot, or by using the subway or the ground public transportation.
